    What is RUF- I?

Reformed University Fellowship International (RUF- I) is the campus ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America. In partnership with the church, we seek to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to foreign-born international students studying in the United States.

    Why Georgia Tech?

Georgia Tech has become an international leader in scientific and technological research, and therefore attracts some of the brightest students from around the world. With the rise of globalization, which is making national boundaries less relevant, Georgia Tech has become a center for international scholarship. 51% of the graduate student body is comprised of foreign born internationals. The majority of these students comprise the top 5% of their nations most promising youth, and will go on to become future global leaders.

How do we reach international students?

RUF- I seeks to minister to these international students in three ways: (1) Hospitality: welcoming the foreigner in the name of Jesus (Rom. 12:13), (2) Evangelism: encouraging them to explore the way of Jesus (Acts 19:9-10), and (3) Discipleship: equipping them to grow in their faith, with the goal that they would be instruments of change in their home countries upon completion of their studies in the United States.
