Equipping the Church to Restore Sexually Broken People

HARVEST USA’s mission is to equip the Church to bring the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ to transform the lives of those broken by sexual sin. HARVEST USA offers many opportunities for the Church to be involved. Church seminars include talks to general audiences, talks to parents, talks to men, talks to women, and talks to youth. In addition, training opportunities are available for those that want to be involved in hands-on ministry to the sexually broken.

Update from Dan: My mission is to equip stronger brothers and sisters in the Church to restore the many sexually broken in the Church. Romans 15:20 makes us think of evangelism, but what I mostly do falls under Ephesians 4:12 “Equip the saints for ministry” and Galatians 6:1-2 “Restore the one caught in sin…bear oppressive burdens to fulfill the Law of Christ.” I think that the American Church needs a pure love for the Lord so that we turn from sexual idolatry and other entitlements and entrapments of materialism. Then we will see more American Christians living like Jesus is truly the risen, redeeming, and ruling King. If HARVEST USA is graced with success in the work of raising up “restorers” of the sexually fallen and hopeless in the Church, then the restored can rise up to do the evangelistic and missionary work of “harvesters” in the world that Jesus told us to pray for in Matthew 9:38.

The Mid-South Region is the 3-hour driving radius around Chattanooga. I am on the phone and the road frequently meeting pastoral and lay leaders who are often at a loss of how to deal with sexual casualties in their midst. Please pray for wisdom and strength for me.
