Here’s Life Inner City (HLIC) is the compassionate urban ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. Mission Statement: We serve and mobilize the Church to live out God’s heart for the poor, so all can grow in Christ and spiritually multiply.

As servants to the local Church HLIC-Louisville’s 2008-2009 year of service has been exciting in that we continue to see the hand of God broaden and deepen our rapport with both urban and suburban churches in a relevant way. From churches actively partnering to feed the poor (850 families) at Thanksgiving ’08, both physically & spiritually through a tool entitled Boxes of Love; to urban youth experiencing discipleship, learning what it means to become “Repairers of Broken Walls, & Restorers of Streets with Dwellings “ (Isaiah 58:12) –He is at work! Thanks for your support and continue to pray as HLIC-Louisville networks with others to see Louisville’s inner city transformed by the power of God’s love.
