Information about West Hills Presbyterian Church

    Worship

Traditional style of Presbyterian worship which incorporates a blend of
hymns, psalms, and contemporary songs. Prayer, confessions of faith,
scripture reading and other reformed liturgy are utilized in the worship of
God, with the preaching of God's Word, as the center piece of the service.

    Choir

Our worship of God is blessed by our sanctuary choir which is led by Dr.
Don King. Choral music is an integral part of our worship experience. The
choir is always open to those who feel led to join this worship ministry.

Wednesday Night Dinner/Fellowship and Pastor’s Bible Study

Come enjoy fellowship and a meal on Wednesday evenings beginning
at 5:45. Following dinner at 6:30 p.m. Pastor Horne teaches a Bible
study in room 106. He is currently teaching from the book of Ephesians.
Reservations for dinner must be made on the Monday prior. Reservations
cards are located in the pews or you may call the church office at 693-
    2031 to make your reservation.

    Care Groups

Serve the purpose of drawing the people of WHPC together in relationships.
Groups meet at different times of the week and in different settings ( homes,
church). These groups meet weekly to pray, study, fellowship and serve
together. We want everybody who wants to, and is able, to participate in
    these enriching groups.

    Supper Clubs

Supper Clubs at West Hills Presbyterian are a great way to get to know
other members. Club participants meet monthly to share a meal at
member's homes. Each club starts anew each year and consists of 6-
8 people who rotate hosting the meal. The Host will provide the meat or
main dish while the other participants bring additional dishes. Call the
church office at 693-2031 to sign up.

    Foreign Missions

Foreign Missions Committee oversees and administrates the activities of our
    church in this area.
